2. When will you send out my order?

Straightaway! If we receive payment by 2pm (UK time) we will post to you SAME DAY – This could well mean that your items will be with you the very next day – Again our customers love this about us.

3. Will my items arrive in tip top condition?

You bet they will! All our items are carefully wrapped to reach you in tip top condition.

You can rest assured that your details will never be passed to any third parties.

Postage/Shipping

We send all UK orders over £45 out FREE of postage by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery. Please see our shipping terms for special delivery items etc.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchases, you may return your items in the original condition unworn, unopened (sealed in original packaging) with tags attached – We will then be happy to issue you a refund or exchange.

If we believe the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

We allow 14 days from date of purchase for our UK customers to return items and 30 days for our international customers.

Please make sure we know who the returns have come from – So include your name, address, order Number. e-mail address and advise whether you require an ‘exchange’ or a ‘refund’.

It would be helpful to us if you can also state the reason for return so we may improve our service to you in the future. If we have made a mistake with your order we will remedy it and cover your return postage costs.

Shipping Terms - UK Destinations

UK STANDARD

All UK orders under £45.00 selecting this service will be charged at £2.50 and sent 1st Class Royal Mail - Signed For.

UK Orders over £45.00 are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For and are Free of charge.

UK EXPRESS

Customers that require their orders guaranteed the next day (Mon-Fri) can select UK Express - Next Day at the checkout. This service costs £6.50 on orders under £100.00 and is FREE for orders over £100.00. Orders received on Friday will be delivered the next working day (Tuesday). Please Place your orders by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm for next day delivery, may not go out the same day, although we will do our very best to ensure they do.

Shipping Terms - European Destinations

STANDARD AIRMAIL

European orders under £100.00 choosing our Standard Airmail service will be sent by Airmail Small Packet and will be charged at £3.00. This service is not recommended for higher value items as it offers no insurance or tracking options and is sent at your own risk. In the event of failed or delayed delivery, YouBiKiNi.co.uk will not be able to assist and cannot resend your parcel.

YouBiKiNi.co.uk accept no responsibilty for delayed or lost parcels using this service.

SIGNED FOR AIRMAIL/AIRSURE

We strongly recommend European orders that require a trackable/signed for service should choose this option. Airsure is a fully trackable service but is not provided to every European destination, so please check with us prior to ordering. Signed For Airmail is available to all European destinations but is only trackable up until it leaves the UK. Both services provide Insurance as standard up to £36.00.

European orders under £100.00 choosing this service will be charged at £7.50.

All European orders over £100.00 will be sent via either Airsure or Signed For Airmail FREE of charge.

Shipping Terms - Rest Of World Destinations

STANDARD AIRMAIL

Rest Of World orders under £100.00 choosing our Standard Airmail service will be sent by Airmail Small Packet and will be charged at £4.00. This service is not recommended for higher value items as it offers no insurance or tracking options and is sent at your own risk. In the event of failed or delayed delivery, YouBiKiNi.co.uk will not be able to assist and cannot resend your parcel.
